\nWhile the New Zealand and International judges are kept confidential, the process of judging is explained below.
\n<\/strong>Facility entrants will be subject to mystery shopping (in person or via a call or email enquiry) and all facilities that reach finalist stage will be visited by an \u2018evidence gatherer\u2019 who has a range of set assessment citeria to be ticked off. Facilities are also required to complete impartial 3rd<\/sup> party NPS scoring with their members (see below).<\/p>\n
\nTo be eligable for the facility categories, your organisation must be REPs Registered. A requirement of REPs Facility Registration is that all of your exercise perscribing employees are currently registered at the appropriate level.<\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>We have partnered with Leisure-Net Solutions in using their NPS Service to objectively compare customer loyatly and satisfaction. More information on Net Promoter Score can be found here: www.exerciseindustryawards.co.nz\/nps\/<\/a><\/p>\n
\n<\/strong>In the event of any conflict of interest involving applications and judges this is declared to the judging panel and that judge abstains from making decisions related to that particular application.<\/p>\n
