Facilities are also required to complete impartial 3<sup>rd<\/sup> party NPS scoring with their members (see below).<\/p>\n<p><strong>REPs Auditing<\/strong><br \/>\nTo be eligable for the facility categories, your organisation must be REPs Registered. A requirement of REPs Facility Registration is that all of your exercise perscribing employees are currently registered at the appropriate level.<\/p>\n<p>For more information on completing your audit, email info@reps.org.nz or call 0800 55 44 99<\/p>\n<p><strong>NPS &#8211; Net Promoter Score<br \/>\n<\/strong>We have partnered with Leisure-Net Solutions in using their NPS Service to objectively compare customer loyatly and satisfaction.
