Facility Judging Process
While the New Zealand and International judges are kept confidential, the process of judging is explained below.
Facility entrants will be subject to mystery shopping (in person or via a call or email enquiry) and all facilities that reach finalist stage will be visited by an ‘evidence gatherer’ who has a range of set assessment citeria to be ticked off. Facilities are also required to complete impartial 3rd party NPS scoring with their members (see below).
REPs Auditing
To be eligable for the facility categories, your organisation must be REPs Registered. A requirement of REPs Facility Registration is that all of your exercise perscribing employees are currently registered at the appropriate level.

Conflict Policy
In the event of any conflict of interest involving applications and judges this is declared to the judging panel and that judge abstains from making decisions related to that particular application.
