Dress Code
- Dress is black tie. For men, the minimum standard is a shirt and tie, and dress shoes. For women, cocktail, long dresses or dressy evening separates.
- Important: The dress code is mandatory, please ensure you follow the dress code as we would prefer to allow everyone entry.
Seating Information :
- Tickets purchased in batches of 10, 20, 30, 40 will be allocated RESERVED tables of 10 seats
- Where tickets purchased for any other number: E.g 16 – 1 RESERVED table and 6 open seating tickets will be issued. 27 – will be 2 RESERVED tables and 7 OPEN seating tickets.
- All other tickets are OPEN SEATING
How to book – All bookings are made via the FitEx website – www.fitex.co.nz click the “Register” link on the right side of the page. Simply select the “Awards only tickets”- if you wish to purchase tickets without attending the conference, if you are attending FitEx you can book your tickets with your FitEx Pass.
